In 2009, newly drafted Houston Texans linebacker Brian Cushing wanted to document his first year in the NFL through personal blogging.
Advican teamed up with Brian to provide an online platform that included robust editorial support. We streamlined the process in order to spur consistent content generation so Brian could more easily engage his fan base. During his first year in the NFL, Brian utilized our support services, which resulted in him being quite active on his website, Facebook and Twitter pages, leading to unprecedented fan support as he connected with fans on a grassroots level. He eventually was named NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year.
